The enormous amount of monitoring required makes this completely impractical. Governments these days indulge in schemes that make money, not in things that cost money.

F the government, they are spying on us using a program they got from the European Union called Predator. They can spy on anyone using this program!
Our civil liberties are slowly being eroded. I suggest everyone buy as many guns as they can(while you still can) and be ready to rise up when the time comes.

doubt it , spyware is more likely for marketing purposes , a low act that is used more for crime related reasons or e-mail addresses. the government has all the info it needs to know where you are , from information you submit to it’s agencies , and braches of affiliates of govt agencies.
